ICMI offers a registration fee structure based on country of residence to accommodate hardship resulting from living in countries with less advantaged economic conditions. Groups are based on an index of median wealth of adults by country. Discounts of 60%, 70%, and 80% are available for registrants living in countries listed in Group 2, 3, or 4, respectively. Find Your Country of Residence and select the appropriate registration fee.

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDES

  • Access to the event
  • Attendance certificate
  • Access to the conference platform
  • Recordings of sessions for 30 days after the event

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No penalty up to one month before the first day of the event (13 May, 2022)
  • 50% penalty until 10 June, 2022
  • No refund after 10 June.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment must be for total amount within a period not exceeding 20 days from the date of proforma invoice. Please send to us a proof of payment with your name included in payment details by email to secretariat@icmi2022.org to get a booking confirmation.

Payments must be made in US dollars ($) in order to confirm the reserve and must be calculated to cover all fees by both parts, the sending and receiving bank.

If payment is not proceeded within 20 days from the date of proforma invoice, the organization has the right to cancel your reservation automatically.
